1.   Step 1: Wanting, Defining, Feeling :

a.       Imagination: Deliberate, controlled, intentional. Aspiration, Beauty, slendor. Of good report. ‘’ With my Awaken Imagination, go and enter into and partake of the nature of what I am loving.

If I struggle with something go and enter into and partake of the nature of it’s opposite.

I am now thinking and viewing “from” the things and state I desire.And not “of” them.“

b.   Awareness: Repeated observation, sustained, focused, repetiion. I Pay my attention

c.   Visualization: Visualize with great details. Use images, sounds, emotion. Use drawings.

d.   Assumption : Acceptance of the state, Self-concept, self-image, adoption, claim, proclaim, name, identification, affirm the self. ‘’I saw that it was good, and I am well pleased. I accept the state. Repeated acceptance of the state. We give it our consent.

e.   Feeling :Lived strong emotions, hormones from the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled and bathe in it. This will strat a transformation of hormone in your entire body.

f.        Fill the mind : Brain wash, obsession, crowds all other ideas out, replaced, repetition, repetition,
